Realize it is a complex decision to select a tutor. My daughter was first in her math and science class and valedictorian class. The secret of math is a thorough understanding of the fundamentals and frequent reinforcement. Our schools do not emphasize this aspect of learning, thus our nation is finding itself dropping lower and lower in math and science when compared to other countries.
