About Sophie
I have been a secondary school PE teacher for 7 years and have enjoyed passing on my love of fitness to the next generation. I am also a qualified personal trainer who is eager to also support adults on their fitness journeys too. I enjoy all types of fitness and sport. I mostly do weight training, running and martial arts. I also love to climb, ski and do anything outdoors-y!

I can also provide session plans for you to complete independently outside of the PT sessions and will also support you to set short and long-term goals and construct a plan to support you on your journey.
