About Louisa
I'm a yoga instructor with a twist. I am also a mental health professional. This means my yoga classes harness the benefits of yoga not just for fitness but also for mental health. My sessions are supportive and individualised around your physical and emotional wellbeing and ensure a safe space that helps heal, recover, and move forward with more confidence, self-esteem, resilience, and zest for life. I would love to help you enhance your wellbeing and strengthen your body, mind, and spirit whilst having fun!

Mindful Yoga With Lou includes vinyasa, ashtanga, restorative styles and guided mindfulness and meditations. I tailor classes around your specific physical and emotional needs. Can be held indoors or outdoors.
Booking a 1-2-1 is great way to try yoga for the first time, to deepen your practice and confidence, or receive individualised support around physical concerns. I offer guided meditations and mindfulness to harness the mental health benefits in every session. I also run restorative yoga for releasing emotions that get trapped in the body like anxiety, trauma, and stress.
