About Charlotte
I've been a personal trainer since 2019, born and raised in Vancouver, BC Canada. I moved to Bristol at the end of 2022 and have enjoyed getting to know the city.
My coaching style is simple, realistic and effective. I have helped people achieve their fat loss goals, build muscle, improve athleticism, feel more confident, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. My belief is that fitness should be fun, and that at the same time we always focus on getting you results.
