About David
Born, raised, and educated in Montreal:

Marianopolis College (Honours Pure & Applied Science)
McGill University (Honours Math & Computer Science)
Most recently, I worked as a Data Scientist at Tesla. I’m currently taking a break from computer work, which has allowed me to focus more on tutoring—something I’ve been truly enjoying.
I have explored various avenues throughout my academic career and I've observed many patterns in paths among my peers. In addition to tutoring, I can provide academic and early career mentorship to both parents and students. There's more to an academic career than just good grades. I know students who had good grades but made decisions which they later regretted. I would love to help you avoid such mistakes.

I’m a patient and ambitious tutor. I’ll explain concepts in different ways as many times as needed to make sure they truly click—but I’ll also challenge you to reach your full potential. I strike a balance between allowing productive struggle and stepping in with guidance at the right moments to maximize your learning.
Base rate: $20/hour
Performance bonus: we’ll agree in advance on a tiered bonus structure tied to grade milestones
