About Ashleigh

Self-love and acceptance is an uphill journey I've had for most of my life. Sometimes getting it right and others just getting it totally wrong. This stopped when I decided that only I had the ability to care for myself and love myself thoroughly- this changed everything and has brought me to a place where I am learning to love me more and treat myself with kindness and the way I deserve! It has unlocked desires placed deep within me, leading me to my redemptive purpose for my life. I'm not saying I have it all figured out, we never will cause we're continuously growing but I've learnt some methods, philosophies, principles and attitudes that have aided my growth- I'd love to share these!

About the lesson

This will be a journey - not an overnight miracle. I will use both principles / philosophy and practical methods to help you grow and work on yourself. Weekly exercises to help practically and I'll provide you with reading to material to help you cognitively understand yourself: who you are, principles of life to live by, your own redemptive purpose and how to live healthy.
I believe in eating well and exercising, I will couple this with an eating and exercise plan to optimize your physical well-being. We are going holistic!
It will be very informal meetings so that it is quite natural- a movie and light meal, a coffee date, time at the beach, picnic in the park, dinner at my home.
We both will need to put effort in- I'll be there to support you but you will have to do the work.
Yes, I will use Christian Ethos philosophy as I have seen the positive effects of it in my own life- if this is something you do have an issue with, please do share it with me, I am open to hear from you. I will not force any beliefs onto you but rather use principles that I have found extremely helpful, has worked for many many others and continues to benefit me.
