About Masako
Graduating from MIT with a BSc in Biochemistry shaped how I approach complex scientific inquiry. My teaching style is constantly evolving to match the unique way your brain processes information. I thrive when working with students who are brave enough to be wrong out loud. Tutoring began as a way to pay my rent, but the intellectual challenge is what keeps me here today.

Physics concepts often feel like a jumble of abstract math until we bridge that gap. Watching a light wave refract through a lens brings clarity to equations that previously seemed like nonsense.
You will find that I provide free access to my private derivation and formula notes to keep your study time efficient. We spend 6.0 hours analyzing circuits and motion to ensure your foundation is rock solid. Since my time at MIT, I have refined how I explain derivations and measurements for competition prep. I actually enjoy the messy process of solving difficult problems and hope you will too.
