About Elwood
Complete beginners often feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of buttons on their screen. Honestly, I spend most of my time simply demystifying the technology so your ideas can breathe. With 13 years of writing and recording under my belt, I have seen every possible roadblock in the studio.
You might be an intermediate producer or a working musician who feels stuck in a creative loop. My Berklee Online certificate gave me the theory, but real life gave me the grit.
I specialize in vocal production and tuning plus automation to keep things moving. Sound design and synthesis are my favorites for building unique palettes.
I also focus on sidechain compression and bus processing to get your tracks sounding right. Layering and texture add that final polish to your arrangement.
Reverb and delay are essential for space, while export and release prep ensures you are ready for the world. Everything I do remains hands-on and chilled. You will find that our process is always driven by your unique taste.
