Finding your sound starts here. I usually begin by assessing your current habits to see exactly where you stand.
I perform a diagnostic skills check before building the lesson plan to save you time. We look at reading tabs and music theory during these sessions. My Master of Music degree from King's College London and RAM provides the framework for our work. I have 339 students under my belt.
That experience allows me to spot your errors instantly. You receive direct feedback on your rhythm and phrasing. We keep the momentum moving forward. You will be playing your favourite songs with total confidence soon.

Truthfully, my home is filled with guitars because I cannot help but pick one up the moment I sit down. That obsession led me to complete a Master of Music in Vocal Performance at King's College London and RAM, which deepened my understanding of music theory and ear training far beyond the strings. I have shared these insights with 339 students over 13 years of teaching.
Whether you are a hobbyist finding your way, a returning learner, or an advanced player refining your scales and modes, I adapt to your goals. We dig into lead guitar, rhythm patterns, strumming, and songwriting. Watching a student finally nail a difficult chord progression is the highlight of my week.
I keep my standards high. My history as a performer informs how I teach melody and timing to every student I meet.
