About Davina
I am a yoga teacher/Meditation teacher/ massage therapist/ tour guide and have created and written a program on self development through awareness/forgivness/self acceptance and finding puropse. I have hosted workshops and helped people on there journey to come back to the self after having an eating disorder and deep depression I know what its like to play the role of the victim and be in deep pain. I can share with you how to manage your reactions and have more Awareness in your life with tools, exercises and techniques. I am an empath and I love to inspire and motivate people this is my passion.
