About Viona

Hi everyone! Meet me, Viona, the first best graduate and also the first overall winner from class 10-12 at BPK Penabur.

FYI, I really enjoy studying, it feels so satisfying when I do questions. Thanks to that, I managed to win various championships in national and international competitions, you know! But, don't think I'm a nerd, because I'm also active in organizations both at school and outside of school.

Why do I open private lessons? Because I want to help those of you who are still having difficulty in Mathematics and apply the mindset that learning is fun. At my school, I am one of the students who excels and my friends like to ask me to teach material they don't understand. As a result, they understand better and their grades increase.

During your lessons with me, you can really ask about tips and tricks on how to become the first best graduate, my organizational experience both at school and outside, etc. We learn while just chatting casually ^^

About the lesson

Hey everyone! Let me introduce myself, Viona, a tutor who can also be your bestie. So here I want to explain a few things about my course. Check this out!

But before that, I want you to know first how important is Mathematics in our lives? The answer is, it's VERY important to use it. It's like, you can change your life with Mathematics. How come?

First, mathematics trains problem solving and logical thinking skills. This ability is invaluable in the world of work, where we are often faced with challenges that require critical thinking to find effective solutions.

Second, a career in the field of Science and Technology. Mathematics is the basis of science and technology. Many careers are related to mathematics, such as scientist, engineer, programmer, statistician, and other technological fields.

Third, wider job opportunities. Good math skills make someone more competitive in the job market. Many jobs require basic math skills, such as sales, supply chain management, or other business sectors.

Actually, there are still many benefits, but if you explain them one by one, it will take too long. In essence, studying Mathematics has nothing to lose, in fact there are lots of advantages.

A. Teaching Techniques and Methods
- The methods that will be used will definitely be varied and adapted to your learning style. But don't worry, studying with me won't be boring (my students say that if they study with me, they don't feel like the time even though it's already 2 hours).
- There are several interesting methods that I will use. The method will be explained further at the meeting.
- There will be no charge for the first session (trial, 40 minutes). In this session, I want to get to know you better. So, we will chat casually while learning too.
- Before the lesson starts, I want to know what part you don't understand. So please explain in detail your weaknesses so that I can prepare the material and teach in a more structured way ^^
- If you are still confused about any material, you can ask via WhatsApp.
- I definitely accept suggestions and constructive input from you, so don't be afraid to criticize me so I can teach you better.

B. Course Duration
- The duration of the course is adjusted to your choice, there are several options starting from 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, and so on (in multiples of 30 minutes).

C. Experience
As for experience, there's no need to hesitate because I achieved various achievements related to Mathematics from national to international level. If you're curious, here's a list of some of the achievements I've achieved:
- Gold Medal Winner of the International Innovation Challenge Competition held by ICIA, competing with participants from all over the world. Apart from requiring fluent English skills, numeracy skills are also needed to process data and other things.
- Gold Medalist in the Mathematics Competition held by the Indonesian Science Olympiad Training.
- Selected by the school to represent the school in participating in the KSN (National Science Competition) in Mathematics.

D. Student Targets
- This course is aimed at kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school levels.
