About Agathe
I've always liked explaining to others what they couldn't understand, that's why I want to see what it feels like to be considered a teacher, before maybe making it my job more late.
I wasn't always good at everything, and I'm not yet. Sometimes someone has to explain something to me several times before I understand! And I know very well what it is like, for example, to have difficulty with something but not to raise your hand in class to ask the teacher the question, out of fear.
I am often told that when I do an oral in front of the whole class, I look like I'm confident and sure of myself when in reality I'm shaking with fear and stress deep inside. I'm afraid of speaking too fast, of speaking too low, of not speaking well or of gesticulating too much! So I also want to help the students to know how to manage their stress!

I am well aware of the difficulties we go through when we go to school. Sometimes we don't want to try and other times we try but the result is not there ... we lose our motivation and we end up giving up. However, I think that by encouraging, by explaining several times and by putting oneself at the level of the pupil, we can make him evolve.
I do not have a ready-made method, because I want to adapt to everyone.
My courses are aimed at all those between first and last year (depending on the subjects of course).
And then I may not have a bac + 3 but what's the point when you know you can help even without that?
I can make mistakes, but I make it a point of honor to always support those to whom I teach, and surely that the fact that I am quite young, will make people with difficulties more comfortable!
