About Matthew
I'm a recent graduate from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Natural Sciences, majoring in Biology and Chemistry. Prior to that, I went to a grammar school in Wallington, where I obtained an A* in maths A-level, alongside an A in both chemistry and biology. Hopefully this proves my academic capabilities.
As far as experience goes, I have worked as a Sports Coach at a multi-sports camp for the previous three summers and therefore have reasonable experience of what it is like to teach children, albeit not academically. Further to this, while at uni I ran the sports for my course, demonstrating my organisational ability.
I would like to think that children respond well and feel more comfortable around a younger tutor and that my relaxed teaching style and patient attitude would very much suit being a tutor, especially for mathematics.
