All sessions will start from your level of fitness and goal setting, we will progressive overload the intensity according to how you respond from previous session, communication and education of the client is key to develop a sustainable change for the future.
My teaching method is quite flexible.
For weight loss:-
1) Exercises with weights and other equipment
2) Bodyweight exercises without any equipment (LIIT and HIIT)
Note: Different exercises each day

Ex- Dumbells of different weights, 5ft rod and weight plates,
Note: A weekly training regiment will be formed based on your requirements and goals. We will be targeting different sets of muscles each day.
