I am nationally certified Personal Trainer by the ISSA living in Mt. Pleasant, SC. I have a BA in Communications from Virginia Wesleyan College. I have over 4 years of experience in personal training and over 7 years of training, coaching and working with students through my combined employers. I am accepting students and participant for instruction all levels.
I design each class to match the skill and learning level of the participant. I primarily work 1 on 1 and focus on building strength, flexibility, cardio endurance and nutritional guidance. I've also lead group classes on strength and cardio drills. I complete individual fitness assessments and use a combination of bodyweight and weight training, core strength and cardio exercise.
I understand the positive impact that sports and exercise have on a person's well being, development and personal growth. Guiding clients to safe exercise and taking into account each individual's physical limitations is most important to their success.
