About Aeidan
I am a student and have trained under 3 serious coaches before, one for athletic training which I went on to represent South Africa, and the other two for bodybuilding where I learnt more about nutrition and training then I would ever imagine.

I will use a step by step method that is easy to follow, and as I go along I will explain why the methods are implemented so that the learner can use it to their own advantage and change it as they deem necessary.
I can have classes weekly or twice a week, I have a very flexible schedule and can chop and change according to your needs.
