About Kelly
I have been studying and teaching yoga since 2004. I met the Desikachar Family in 2004 and travelled to india every year to study yoga, yoga therapy and become a teacher trainer in this lineage. My skills range from working one to one and group classes. I also teach Philosophy, Yoga Sutra, Mantra and Meditation.

I base my classes on my students. My Teacher said to teach what is inside me as it applies to the students. My preference then is to meet the students where they are and be able to introduce the idea of working to connect body breath and mind.
