I've been playing acoustic guitar for 8 years and I especially love teaching young children. I have a patient and energetic style, and I use a lot of positive reinforcement to keep my students motivated. I believe learning guitar should be a fun adventure from the very first strum! My lessons for young, new players are designed to be simple and rewarding. We'll start by learning the parts of the guitar, how to hold it, and how to make our first sounds. We'll use simple, one-finger melodies and easy songs to build excitement and confidence right away.
