My career has spanned roles from Project Manager through to Director and Senior Leadership positions, with a strong focus on delivering strategic outcomes, leading change, and building capable teams.

I am passionate about helping others grow their careers, whether they are aspiring project managers, emerging leaders, business analysts, or experienced professionals looking to step into more strategic roles. Throughout my career, I have navigated leadership transitions, managed large-scale transformations, influenced senior stakeholders, and led diverse teams through periods of significant change.
