About Omkeli
I am an artist by nature and a stylist-designer by trade, but above all, I am a yogi and movement instructor at heart.
For years, I immersed myself in the fast-paced world of celebrity wardrobe styling. While I loved the creativity, I eventually realized I needed to take things down a notch for my own health. That transition completely transformed my life, leading me to shift my focus from styling clients externally to helping people heal, align, and feel good from the inside out.
Today, my wellness philosophy centers on a holistic, compassionate approach to physical movement and energy restoration. I specialize in bridging mindfulness with therapeutic fitness, offering a diverse range of practices tailored to meet your body's unique needs:
Yoga & Mindfulness: From dynamic Vinyasa Flows that synchronize movement with breath, to deeply restorative Yin Yoga using props to melt away stress. I also lead gentle Beginners' Yoga and soothing Guided Meditation to ease mental noise and lower stress.
Pilates & Conditioning: I teach Mat Pilates to establish a strong foundation for posture and alignment, alongside high-energy, Low-Impact Hot Pilates (HIIT) designed to build lean muscle and burn fat without pounding your joints.
Reformer Pilates: On the reformer apparatus, my primary specialty is injury prevention. I use therapeutic methods to correct muscle imbalances and facilitate smooth movement around physical restrictions.
Energy & Vibrational Healing: To support emotional well-being, I integrate Sound Healing Session frequencies to lower stress and channel gentle, restorative energy through traditional Reiki sessions.
Whether you are looking to recover from an injury, strengthen your core, or simply find a quiet space to breathe, I am here to design a session that empowers your personal journey. I can't wait to connect with you!

Each session is unique to each individual needs: offering yoga, pilates, meditation, sound healing or restorative sessions.
All levels welcome! My approach is injury prevention/rehabbing if any injuries are present.
