About Judith

With 13 years of experience teaching guitar, I blend traditional foundations with modern musical trends, keeping lessons both grounded and relevant. My students frequently perform at school events and local competitions, expressing a style that's genuinely their own rather than a copy of someone else's. I hold a B.A. in Music Performance from the University of Denver Lamont School of Music and was honored with a Youth Music Education Citation for my contributions to student growth. Outside of teaching, I build custom guitar pedals as a hobby.

About the lesson

Every lesson starts with proper hand position and finger placement, building steadily into strumming patterns and chords, while progressively incorporating popular music trends you actually enjoy. For more advanced players, we work in techniques like hybrid picking and legato playing. Lessons stay interactive and fun, built to grow real confidence for school performances and personal musical growth. I maintain a judgment-free, enjoyable atmosphere throughout, so practice never feels like a chore.
