About Kozue

Friendly Hotel Pro Who Loves Chatting, Traveling, and Coffee!☕️☕️

Hi there! I’m a native Japanese speaker, and I absolutely love meeting new people and having fun conversations!

During my university days in Japan, I challenged myself by moving to Seattle to get a Hospitality Certificate.
Living abroad was an amazing experience, but I also know how scary it can be to learn a new language. Because of this, I promise to be the most patient, encouraging, and friendly tutor for you!

After that, I spent 6 years working at a global luxury hotel chain, where I loved welcoming guests from all over the world.
My experience taught me how to communicate warmly and clearly with everyone. I’m so excited to share real, practical Japanese and our lovely "Omotenashi" (hospitality) culture with you.

A little bit about me
・I love talking with people: I’m always curious about different cultures and love hearing my students' stories!

・My hobbies: I’m a big fan of traveling, exploring local cafes (I love coffee!), and watching movies. If you love travel, food, or films, we will have so much to talk about in our lessons!

My lessons are a 100% judgment-free zone. Making mistakes is just part of the fun, so please relax and let's enjoy chatting in Japanese together. I can’t wait to meet you in our first free trial session! See you soon!

For Hotel & Hospitality Staff (Specialty!)

・Practical Japanese phrases used in hotels, restaurants, and customer service
・Polite expressions (Keigo) to welcome and assist Japanese guests smoothly
・Real-life role-playing based on my 6 years of global hotel experience

For Everyday Conversation

・Natural, casual Japanese for daily life (talking about hobbies, food, culture, etc.)
