About Courtnay
I’m a teacher + mindset coach who is passionate about building confidence in your ability to learn + master new skills no matter where you’re starting from. It all starts with the belief that you can + then putting tools and strategies into action.
I also have lived experience as a learner with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and High Achieving Perfectionism.
It’s hard to manage school work, at any level, when you are dealing with any ONE of these barriers (if not more) in addition to trying to use your brain energy for learning or performing well.
That’s why I use a more holistic (whole person) and humanistic (self-awareness) approach to teaching + learning which helps my students build confidence in themselves as an individual AND as a learner.
I’m a friendly, quirky, multi-passionate, who lives to travel, loves coffee and is a sucker for cute/fluffy animals. I believe in making learning fun + approachable with my “can-do” attitude and often have my students laughing with me or at me.
