I am a soul on a journey of healing — just like you.
“Life changes when you begin to see yourself with love.”
And the moment I started seeing myself with love, my life started transforming. Self Love works like a miracle and heals. It brings about deep changes in oneself that become holistically a part of your life be it career, relationships, health, etc.
My goal is to make healing accessible, grounded, and truly life-changing for those seeking clarity, connection, and emotional freedom through self love.
If you think you are struggling, please do not walk alone. We all need support at some stage in our life.

As a Zen Counsellor, Heal Your Life Trainer, Reiki Healer, and Inner Work Facilitator, I support others in reconnecting with their inner truth and breaking free from patterns that no longer serve them. My 14 years as an HR professional gave me a deep understanding of people, and today I use that experience in a more heartfelt, soul-led way.
Through mirror work, art therapy, and emotional journaling, I help create safe, sacred spaces for inner transformation. My work is gentle but powerful — rooted in love, clarity, and connection.
