About Luke
I am a self employed musician with a keen interest in Zen Buddhism and mediation. I live in Cardiff and graduated from RWCMD in jazz guitar. I meditate regularly and have devoted a lot of study to the practice and I am very passionate about its benefits in mental health!

My teaching method is very easy going. It can range from simply giving advice on how to begin trying various forms of mediation to sharing experiences which are causing anxiety. I try to pass on the teachings of my spiritual inspiration including Alan Watts, DT Suzuki and Carl Jung. I also like to pass on the study of older eastern teachers such as Dogen and Lao Tsu.
