About Brittney
The passion that I have for education is rather consuming. I tutor children and adults because I wish to pass on my enthusiasm and make the world more educated one person at a time.
I began tutoring in multiple areas of academia in 2016. As of 2021, I have tutored more than 106 students in my time. Though I already have one bachelors of arts in business administration, I am currently pursuing a bachelors of science in theoretical physics, in hopes of one day becoming a cerebrovascular neurosurgeon.
I graduated high school with a 5.0 gpa, 32 ACT, 38 college credit hours, national honors society member, mua alpha theta member, and national merit semi-finalist. Today, I occupy my mind with College Debate at the state and national level.
I tutor because I feel as if it were my calling.. To teach and mentor.
I started tutoring in 2016. What prompted this was 9th grade AP English teacher who insisted I hold lessons after school for students who wanted to get involved in literature, but needed help finding their writing style. As the years went by, I expanded from tutoring only English subjects to also science, history, and law + debate.
As of 2021, I have one bachelors degree in business administration and am currently pursuing my second degree in theoretical physics.

My typical process for working with new students is taking at least a session to formally introduce myself to them and learn about their study habits, working style, and ethic. From there, I draw up a specialized plan for each person to better understand what they are learning and how they will learn it.
I have worked with a wide array of students. From neurodivergent students to students lacking technology access.
The best advice I could give a student looking to hire a teacher in ANY area of expertise is to find a teacher that takes the time to get to know you personally. These are the teachers who will care more about the average of your test scores going up even one singular point and ultimately the teachers who will do everything in their power to help you succeed.
A recent event I am fond of is personal. I won all of my 7 rounds in my last debate tournament and won sweepstakes for my university.
