About
Just retired from public service, age 66. 25 yr TV meteorologist (4 yrs @ The Weather Channel), former teacher of earth/biological sciences, English grammar and composition, electives in Meteorology, Photography, Geology. Placed out of all English at UNC-Chapel Hill through AP score (5), and was a Morehead Scholar there, as well. EZ to talk to, and an excellent communicator in helping anyone learn a troublesome topic. Experienced, as well, with learning disabilities...bottom line is, I ain't your mama's typical teacher!
