About Aleena
I’m currently a second-year undergraduate at the University of Warwick. As well as tutoring, I am a coach for Elevate Education and exam invigilator. Both these roles provide me with key skills I can incorporate in my lessons including insight into exams as well as a well rounded approach to teaching- identifying where issues may exist in students’ time management, note taking, memorisation etc. and aiding them in these areas.

I have 3 years of tutoring experience and have a track record of boosting my students English GCSE grades.
I work together with the student to help them gain an in depth knowledge of their texts as well as apply it to exams, equipping students with key revision techniques.
I take a personalised approach to teaching, identifying students’ misunderstandings or weaknesses and applying strategies to help boost their confidence in these areas.
As well as merely teaching the subject, I help provide students with the tools they need for their academic life, and supplement them with work outside of lessons to ensure they develop strength in independent studies
