About Odessa
Adults picking up the guitar for the first time constitute the majority of my students. I hold a BM Popular Music from Selkirk College in BC, a qualification that helps me break down complex theory into accessible concepts.
After 13 years of gigging across Montreal and performing, I focus on helping you find your own voice through acoustic, folk, and indie styles. Strumming patterns and chord transitions become much simpler when you have a patient partner in your corner. I hope to see you at your first practice soon.

Having performed for 13 years, I understand that the process of building finger strength should be comfortable and steady. My background with a degree from Selkirk College informs how I structure these 7 minute skill sessions to target specific hurdles like soloing or maintenance. We will focus on clear tone and consistent rhythm in every interaction. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere where the goal is simply finding joy in the music.
