About Raees
I am an post-graduate researcher, student and tutor, currently completing my Master's in Astrophysics at Wits. I have been tutoring for over seven years now, at both the high school and university level. My students have seen an improvement in their grades and in their understanding of the respective syllabus without exception.

At both a high school and university level, my lessons are taught in English. My methodology begins with identification of areas in the curriculum which need work, followed by the building of the theoretical understanding required to solve problems in those sections.
I then guide students through applying these theoretical concepts to the problem-solving process, utilising worked examples and past paper questions, which I can provide.
Through becoming familiar with the problem-solving process, students are taught not only how to solve problems which are familiar to them, but also how to approach problems which they haven't encountered before. My students are therefore equipped with both the theory and the methodology required to properly comprehend whatever section of the syllabus is being tutored.
