About Luke
I am Luke and I graduated North Sydney Boys High School in 2016 with a 99 ATAR with 1st place in English Extension and English Advanced. I love teaching students English as I think it's one of the easiest things to pick up and I also think it's a topic that everyone can easily master.
I also love meeting new students and even international students who perhaps don't have a good grasp of English yet and I am focused on bringing the confidence out of these aspiring students!

I am passionate about supporting students in their journey to achieve their personal best and personally tailor my lessons to match their learning style in order to help them develop their own exam technique.
The typical length of a lesson goes for 1 hour but it depends on the urgency, level and the goal of the student. For example:
1. Highschool students (Years 7-10)
I usually recommend that lessons are based on the general understanding of English and preparing them for what to expect in the senior years in Highschool. This will involve reading lessons, comprehension, essay writing and tips and exam techniques.
2. Highschool students (Years 11-12)
For these years, I will be full on across their study material as well as their essays/creative writing/comprehension and provide essentially 24/7 essay writing services to them.
3. International/English Aspiring Students
I pride myself on being able to bring even shy students to open up and converse in English in interesting topics and allow them to gain confidence in what they are doing and learning.
