About Alexandra A

I always felt like the dumbest person in school, especially law school, where the teachers really pick on you. But I've been an attorney since 2021, and I had to study like crazy to pass tests to achieve that title. English classes were always my best classes in school growing up and that translated into my LSAT and law school experience. After graduating law school, I passed the bar exam on my first try and started to practice law, working with clients of all ages. I realized that a majority of my job was explaining and teaching clients very complicated legal topics, helping them understand dense legal documents, and how the law applies to their own specific situation. In the past ten years, I've grown thick skin and learned an immense amount of knowledge that I am grateful to share with students!

About the lesson

As a licensed California attorney, my English reading and writing skills are finely tuned and advanced. I have exceptional reading comprehension, literature, and essay writing skills that bring specialized knowledge to the tutoring arena. My unique experience in academia for over a decade guides me to accurately determine each student's individual needs and capabilities, based on age and development, to formulate a lesson plan that works best for them to excel! I work with students of all ages beginning from elementary through college and university, to help them with any and all English classes.
