About Victoria
I am an actor and singer who has worked professionally before entering my training programme at BOVTS. I’ve worked on various projects from new musical theatre to Shakespeare to Theatre in Education and have guided young people in sessions before at The Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester. I’ll also be able to answer any questions you may have around the audition process as I did it so many times myself.

My teaching methodology would be to create a safe space in which I explore imagination and playfulness. Acting is fun, it’s why we all do it. I would lead both a physical and vocal warm up in every session and provide exercises that can be practiced alone outside of class. I’d work through some Stanislavski exercises and try and help my students discover new and exciting ways to work with their monologues.
I’d also spend as much time as they liked working through the meaning of the speeches, particularly the Shakespeare.
