About Dawn
I am a literature major and lifelong learner who is always reading more than three books at a time. I have written nearly every day of my life, from journaling daily from age 11 - 30, to my current project, my novel. I homeschooled my three children, and volunteered in their Girl Scout troop and our homeschool co-op, and I am at ease working with young people. I am skilled in allowing my students to self-govern while acting as inspiration and support to their endeavors.

Students describe their coursework and areas of struggle, and we will work together to unfold solutions that earn top marks in any course of study. Sessions will include an exploration of course material, followed by a brainstorming of ideas, and then application of those ideas, to cultivate new skills in reading, writing, and communication.
