About Kiera

I am a Bachelor of Education student. I love teaching and helping my learners reach their full potential. I help my students with areas they are struggling in and go beyond to prepare them for anything that might come their way. I do in person and contact sessions. I have experience in tutoring as I had my own business and tutored for 4 years and only had positive reviews from my previous learners. My promise to my learners is to help them get their desired marks and even higher, helping them understand and enjoy their work, as I make the learning process fun and enjoyable.

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring
As a BEd student, I am passionate about creating a supportive, learner-centred environment that adapts to your unique needs. My teaching philosophy is built on patience and clear communication. I believe every student has the potential to excel when they have the right tools and confidence, and I strive to make complex concepts simple and engaging.
Languages and Subjects
I am fully proficient in both English and Afrikaans and can conduct lessons in either language. I offer tutoring for:
English
Afrikaans
History
Consumer Studies
What to Expect
My lessons are structured to be both productive and encouraging. We will start by identifying your specific goals—whether that is mastering a difficult topic, preparing for exams, or improving your overall grades. I use a blend of active discussion, practical exercises, and simplified summaries to ensure you truly understand the material rather than just memorising it.
Who I Help
My lessons are aimed at learners who need extra academic support to reach their full potential. Whether you are struggling to keep up with the curriculum or aiming to boost your results, I am here to help you navigate your school work with confidence. I look forward to supporting your academic journey!
