About Stephanie

With over 20 years of elite dance training, my foundation was built at the prestigious "Fame" School of Performing Arts (LaGuardia High) and Broadway Dance Center.

My career has been defined by versatility and technical excellence, most recently evidenced by performing with the NYC Opera in their production of Carmen at Bryant Park.

I bridge the gap between classical artistry and high-energy professional performance.

Having worked with world-class artists—including Britney Spears, Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, and Sean Paul—I understand the professionalism, speed, and precision required to perform at the highest level.

I have shared my passion for movement across NYC’s top fitness hubs (Crunch, 24 Hour Fitness, Equinox) and international retreats.

As a Certified Yoga and Fitness instructor, I specialize in a "Body-First" approach to dance and make every lesson fun and just challenging enough.

Dance is my first love. My mission is to help you build your confidence, skills, and vocabulary through a lens of grace and strength. I look forward to meeting you and getting you to your goals!

About the lesson

Since 2013, I have helped students of all ages transition from 'stepping' to 'dancing.'

My Ballet lessons are unique because I integrate my Certified Yoga and Fitness background to focus on:

Anatomical Alignment: Moving safely to prevent injury and improve posture. Functional

Strength: Developing the core and stability needed for classical grace.

Technical Vocabulary: Building a solid foundation for beginners and intermediates alike.

Whether you are looking to rediscover your love for dance or are starting from scratch, I am here to help you build your confidence, skills, and grace.

Stephanie exudes passion for yoga and teaching. After just one session I felt rejuvenated physically and emotionally. Stephanie is patient, open minded, adapts to my level, and is very easy to understand when it comes to yoga instructions. Her experience was evident as she catered to my beginner skill set and capabilities. Along with her valuable skills as a yoga teacher her welcoming and caring energy is always a joy to be around!

She's classically trained with a wealth of professional experience and practical insight, and she excels at meeting students wherever they are (sometimes literally!).
