About Inês
Hi! I'm Inês and I've been doing ballet since I was 4. I also learned other types of dance like jazz, contemporary and hiphop, but ballet is my specialty. I've given many exercises and tips, over the years, to people who wanted to start in ballet. I teach anyone interested in the field (minimum 4 years old).

In my classes I'll focus on 4 things: physical condition, trim, posture and expression. There will be classes only in physical preparation such as flexibility exercises, abdominal exercises and glutes exercises (that is basically floor bar). The younger the student, the more free and playful the class will be, but the structure will be the same. The classes will be totally unique, personalized for each student, taking into account the student's characteristics
