About Pavel

I am an English language and academic tutor with 5 years experience. I have taught at private academies in South Korea, public and comprehensive schools in the UK and Austria and with many students in their homes.

My speciality as an English language tutor is to promote language development in a natural and consistent way. I strive to make lessons fun and engaging, whilst promoting fluency and conversation. I have extensive experience in preparing students for the IELTS exam and proofreading essays.

In regards to academic English I specialise in helping students of all ages, primary and secondary. With mounting pressure to achieve highly in many exams, my aim is to help the student better understand all the key aspects of English and reach their goal. Areas where I have helped previous students include: all Key Stage levels (SATs); 11+; Common Entrance; GCSE; and A-Level. I have also worked extensively with students that have had learning difficulties and developed techniques to enhance their learning.
