About Jack

I am a Bilingual Education student pursuing a degree in multilingual and multicultural education! I have spoken Spanish for nearly 15 years, and although it is not my native language, I can provide a culturally and educationally unique approach to learning Spanish as a second language. I have taught digital Introductory Spanish courses for K-5 students, and am currently overseeing a tutoring program I designed myself for varying ages and Spanish abilities with 4 different clients.

About the lesson

As a language educator, I believe in providing students with the opportunity to not only explore language itself, but to examine the cultures and histories behind these languages. I work to get students reading, speaking, and writing in Spanish from the start, and equip them with skills and vocabulary to be able to be conversational in Spanish within the first week. I teach vocabulary and grammar simultaneously to provide an authentic learning experience for my students, each of which receive a personalized education.

Details

Cancellations or reschedules must be given at least 12 hours in advance, otherwise client will be charged for the session. First lesson (given for free!) will help determine which of the three programs the student would best fit the student (beginner, novice, or intermediate).
