About Alice
I am a passionate student myself, and greatly enjoy helping others achieve their personal and academic goals. Although I am currently pursuing biology, I have always excelled in a range of subjects, particularly English and the sciences. This range of interests makes me a better teacher, as I am able to draw skills and knowledge from many different areas. I achieved all 8s and 9s at GCSE, and A* A* A at A-Level.

Soon to graduate with a degree in biology, I am a friendly, knowledgeable tutor who is excited to support the next generation of English students. The skills I learned studying English literature and language at school have been invaluable to me, as digesting and interpreting complex texts and writing in a compelling and intellectual tone are highly transferable skills. With this in mind, I am eager to help other students excel in their study of English literature and language, both with the aims of achieving academic success, and developing enriching, life-long skills.
I am very good at teaching a range of tailored exam skills, revision techniques, and essay writing skills, as well as teaching and explaining difficult concepts in a comprehensive manner. I can teach all the skills required to break down a text and understand its whats, whys, and hows. Please send me a message to find out more!
