About Kyla

With 5 years of tutoring experience, I am dedicated to helping high school and college students master English. I have had the privilege of teaching around 150 students, guiding them to excel in their coursework, improve their writing, and boost their reading comprehension. My teaching philosophy is centered on clarity, encouragement, and adaptability. I believe that every student learns in their own unique way, so I customize my approach to make each lesson engaging and effective.
One of my proudest achievements was helping a group of students improve their grades from passing to excelling within a semester by focusing on foundational skills and consistent practice. Whether it’s analyzing literature, crafting essays, or preparing for exams, I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to succeed.
