About Francisca
I studied Business Management part-time in college, and one of my strongest subjects was Computer Practice—something I’d already excelled in during high school. While I found the assignments easy, I noticed many of my classmates were struggling with basic computer skills. I stepped in to help, tutoring friends so they could pass with confidence. Now, after over two years in the workforce, I see this issue hasn't gone away. Many professionals—especially older adults—are still being held back simply because they haven’t had the opportunity to build tech skills. They have the knowledge, experience, and ideas—but not always the tools to express them effectively in a fast-changing digital world. That’s what inspired me to offer tutoring. I want to bridge that gap and support anyone who feels left behind by technology, whether it’s for work, personal growth, or just to keep up with the times. And yes, it’s also a way to earn a little extra—doing something I genuinely enjoy and believe makes a difference.

Languages I Teach In: I’m fluent in both English and Afrikaans, and I can teach comfortably in either, depending on your preference.

We’ll focus on practical tasks like writing documents in Word, organizing spreadsheets in Excel, creating presentations in PowerPoint, and managing email through Outlook. You’ll never feel rushed, and I’m always happy to revisit topics until they feel familiar.
