About Grishma
Hi, I’m Grishma — a Soft Skills Trainer, Image Consultant and Personal Development Coach with 6+ years of experience.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across the globe, helping them become more confident in the way they communicate, present themselves and interact with others.
What I enjoy most about training is seeing the transformation that happens when someone who was hesitant to speak, express an opinion or step forward gradually starts believing in themselves.
My sessions are never one-size-fits-all. I take the time to understand the person in front of me and adapt my approach to their personality, comfort level and goals.
Whether you want to build confidence, improve communication, prepare for an interview or presentation, become a better public speaker, or develop a stronger personality and presence, I’d be happy to help you work towards it.

I believe that confidence is not something we are born with—it is something we build through awareness, practice and the right guidance.
My sessions are personalised 1:1 to the learner’s goals and focus on the complete way they communicate, express themselves and present themselves. Depending on their needs, we work on communication, confidence, public speaking, personality development, body language, presentation skills, interview skills, vocabulary, articulation and professional presence.
Every session is practical and interactive, using conversations, activities, role plays, real-life situations, presentations and personalised feedback. I focus on creating a comfortable space where learners can participate, make mistakes, improve and gradually become more confident.
