About Talia
I consider myself to be an extremely understanding, patient and warming individual to students of all ages. More times than not, I understand how individuals often want a tutor who is likeminded, and that will understand the stresses of school life. I get along with students from all backgrounds, ethnicities and capabilities, and always help where I can.
Having also being a student who has suffered with anxiety since secondary school, I can relate to various situations that school life has to offer. Not only will I be able to provide additional academic tutoring, but I will also be able to provide an ear to listen to any other exam/schooling related stresses.

As a previous GCSE English and English Literature student, I can understand how complicated and somewhat daunting case studies, poems, plays and essays can be. Therefore I would like to use my previous experience in this field to aid students in achieving the best possible marks. This means often stepping outside the scope of the basics and delving further into the deeper meaning behind the texts given to us within out classes.
My sessions would last 1 hour at a time (more if requested). These classes would be personal, meaning the time spent would be solely focused on improving and helping exactly what you would like to focus on. This could include reading over case studies, examining exam prep, or simply going over the work given in class. Lessons are perfect for any student aged up to Year 11.
