About Ontlametse
I have always admired teachers. I am sure most of us did at a young age but with me, it was a definite wonder. I used to teach my dolls, I would scribble on any surface that enabled me to, I even went from teaching dolls to teaching real breathing children. They were really just my age LOL but I did and I enjoyed every second of it. Getting to do that now as an adult is just me reliving my childhood which is the best part. In all honesty, I did not go to an institution to get a degree on how to be a teacher but I do not believe that discredits me as a capable tutor or teacher because I have been a tutor since high school and I believe in experience.

I believe learning should be a fun thing to do. It should not feel like a task, even though you have such responsibility. Finding unique ways to help a student understand a concept is important to me. A typical lesson with me usually comprise of at least 5 minutes of making sure the student is comfortable and then finding out problems I could solve for them within the subject and helping them with those. From there, I can give a lessons on things I know they should definitely know and then practical questions where we apply what we just learned. I believe is quizzes so they make a huge part of my teaching methodology.
