About Nara
I started working in a one-to-one environment with teenage students with IEP's (special personalized classes), these students needed me the most and I developed a deep love for teaching. Later I got my Master Degree in Spanish Literature and a Certification to teach the English Language to non-natives, and a Certification to teach students up to 3rd grade. Working with students of all ages taught me that each age level is different and needs diverse approaches. After 11 years of teaching and guiding students as a teacher/tutor/mentor my main goal is always to fulfill the student's needs. You need help learning and I’m here to listen to what you need and help you achieve it. If you need me "I won't let you down", favorite phrase I have used and accomplished in my career.

- Fun, loving and real-life experiences are my main goal for each student so you learn fast and easy. - You tell me what your needs are and I will adjust your past experiences and current needs to each personalized lesson. - My students are not an ID number or a last name, they are humans I need to give my best to. - When having a new student, I take this into consideration: kids are very affective socially and emotionally, teens act like they don't care but they need us the most, and adults need real connections. - If you need help with your child learning in general from Kindergarten to 3rd grade, as a Certified teacher I can help with all the subjects. - If you need help learning Spanish, as a teacher with a Master Degree I can help you become more fluent. -If you need help learning English, as a Certified teacher I can help you speak it since the first lesson.
