Hi, I’m Cindy! As a certified English Language Arts teacher with a Master’s in Secondary Education, I focus on helping students feel confident and capable in their reading and writing skills. My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and personalized to each learner’s needs.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check-in and goal for the day, followed by reading or writing activities that build key skills like comprehension, vocabulary, and essay structure. I use clear examples, step-by-step guidance, and positive feedback so students can see their progress right away.
What makes my approach unique is how I connect literature and writing to students’ real-life experiences and interests. I believe learning should feel meaningful and motivating!
My lessons are ideal for middle, high school or college students who want to strengthen their reading, writing, and analytical thinking or get extra support with English coursework and test prep.
