English

With my experience and education in middle grades and high school math, I have learned countless ways to teach students math in a way that makes sense to them. We will always start with the foundations of the concept and build our way up. A typical day would look like a warm up with a concept the student already knows well, a mini lesson on the skill being taught, and guided practice using the gradual release method. We will use various methods and strategies until we find one that works for the student.
