About Doireann
My name is Doireann Fitzgerald, and while I am new to formal teaching, I have always been passionate about helping others learn and grow. I believe that teaching English is an incredible opportunity to connect with people from different cultures and make a real impact in their lives. I have a deep interest in languages and have always enjoyed assisting friends, family, and colleagues in improving their English. Through this informal experience, I’ve developed strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills—qualities that I believe are crucial for effective teaching. I am committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to reach their full potential. While I may be new to teaching, my enthusiasm for language and learning, along with my dedication to personal growth, would enable me to bring a fresh and positive perspective to your teaching community.
