About Roman

I am a Chartered Accountant, CFA Charter holder, and an Oxford University MBA graduate currently leading a finance team in an ASX listed organisation. I have great depth of theoretical and practical knowledge in accounting and finance. I have taught undergraduates for 3 years and coached juniors at Deloitte while training articles and professionals in industry, where I have led finance teams since 2010.

About the lesson

Firstly I review the learning outcomes expected of the student through reviewing the curriculum
Secondly I assess the current progress the student has made towards the learning objectives through evaluation exercises
Thirdly I co-develop areas of focus with the student based on the evaluation outcome
I agree a timetable of learning outcomes with the student and teach the principles and walk through a comprehensive examination example
Once the learning outcomes are done, I go through as many past examination questions with the student as possible depending with the time
I can do online and face to face (when its safe to do so)

Perfect! I studied Financial Accounting and Management Accounting with Roman. He has a very strong technical knowledge, deep understanding and extensive work experience related to those subjects. He is able to explain the complex terminologies and concepts in a much more understandable way, with handful of real-life examples to demonstrate how the theories applied in real-life. He does summaries the modules with questions to test my knowledge when it comes to quizzes and exams preparation. Therefore, I was able to have a deeper understanding about the subjects, and my results turned out to be more than what I expected. I would definitely recommend Roman for Accounting courses.
